It is… and it isn’t. You’re always breathing, yes. But breathwork trains you to use your breath on purpose to regulate your nervous system, lower stress, improve focus, and anchor yourself in the present. You already have the tool. Breathwork teaches you how to actually use it.

In general, gentle breathwork is safe during pregnancy, and many find it incredibly supportive. That said, your body is doing a lot right now, so it’s always best to check with your doctor before starting any breathwork practice. I tailor all sessions to be accessible and supportive, and we’ll keep things slow and intentional if you’re expecting. (I’m right there with you! I get it.)
-
Yes, because Stillhouse is built for the in-between moments. While we’ll meet for longer sessions at a pace that works for you, I’ll also give you quick, targeted tools to use when life doesn’t leave much time. Think: five breaths before daycare drop-off, or resetting in the middle of a tantrum. Breathwork meets you where you are, even when that’s the laundry room floor.
-
Because your nervous system runs the show, and you’re finally ready to stop running on fumes. This isn’t just another class or one-off relaxation tool. It’s a sustainable, science-backed way to shift your baseline, improve your parenting, your energy, and your relationship to yourself.
-
You’ll get a customized practice rooted in your current season, not a one-size-fits-all script. Sessions are built to fit your lifestyle and capacity, and you’ll leave with easy-to-repeat tools (and a few bonuses for your kids). Private work also opens space for more nuanced support and reflection, in ways a group setting can’t.

You could. But Stillhouse is designed for real people, in real moments. I work directly with you to cut through the noise and give you tools that actually work for your body, your schedule, and your capacity. No trendy fluff. Just breath that builds resilience.
-
Yes, and I’ll even help you do it. As a client, you’ll get bonus materials designed to help introduce breathwork to your kids, along with a few email freebies to get you started. I’m also in the process of developing more kid-focused tools, so stay tuned for what’s coming next.

It starts with a conversation: What’s not working? What do you want to feel more of? Whether it’s a team that’s burned out, a mom circle craving connection, or a retreat in need of grounding, I’ll build a session that’s tailored to your goals, your people, and your pace. In-person or virtual, and I’m always open to travel.
